White Pine Yoga Studio

Megan owns and operate the beautiful White Pine Yoga Studio in downtown Pembroke. Nestled neatly between two other businesses, you get the opportunity to walk through a gorgeous courtyard filled with plants and care before you enter the studio.

Yoga during a pandemic shouldn’t be complicated. Our health depends on it!

This studio is working hard behind the scenes to maintain proper sanitary care, so that its members can come and enjoy the benefits of moving their bodies without all the worry.

I had the pleasure of meeting many of the instructors as they showed me a few of their moves during recording. This atmosphere was energetically charging and refreshing.

We focused on video

Most of our session was centred around a unique video ideal showing members entering the studio and follows their journey till the end of class. We had a lot of fun creating this one!
