Yoga Photography Session on the Beach of Puerto Morelos Mexico

The Yucatan is a popular place to complete Yoga Teacher Training as there a many centres located in the beautiful jungle. Not only do students get to come and experience the Mexican Jungle, they also have a fertile ground to practise on after completion. Also, many souls come to the Yucatan to receive spiritual healing or to have an in-depth spiritual experience. So needless to say, Yoga has become a staple of health and wellness here.

This is a beautiful beach yoga session that I captured in early winter here in Puerto Morelos, Mexico! This specific teacher has recently completed her YYT with One Breath Yoga, located in the local Jungle here.
